Nehemiah UCHA provides homes and housing services to those in need. Most of the accommodation is rented, although a handful of properties have been built to help people to buy their homes through a shared ownership scheme. The Association offers a mixture of general family housing and sheltered housing which provides accommodation and support services for older people. All of our housing stock is located within the West Midlands region. Through its housing and support services Nehemiah UCHA's goal is to build not only houses but also communities.
