This page includes a copy of Association's accommodation enquiry form and housing application form, which are to be completed by all those who are to be accepted onto the housing waiting list.
In order to be able to complete housing application form online the Customer Service Advisor will have already checked the availability of properties in the area you want to move, to received your completed accommodation enquiry form and issued a unique reference code, which will identify your application form for processing on our system. If appropriate, you will also be sent you a further information pack which will include a booklet called 'Allocation Policy: A Guide to Applicants.' Complete the form as fully as possible, and if you want help in doing this, please contact the office and staff will be happy to help you.
When we receive your application, a member of staff will contact you so that you can be interviewed by telephone. Detailed questions will be asked about your current circumstances and previous tenancies, and supporting evidence will be asked for depending on your circumstances.
We may also carry out a home visit to check information given or to clarify details, if we want to do this we will give you notice and an appointment will be made with your agreement.
If we can help you, thereby accepting your application for housing, we will send out a formal letter by way of confirmation. If you have been successful, your name will be added to our waiting list and we will contact you when we have a home to offer you. We will update our waiting list every six months to ensure all applications are up to date.
Please ensure that you respond to any correspondence from us, and inform us of any changes of address, otherwise your opportunity to be housed may be missed.
