The Association has various types of property available for rent throughout the West Midlands. The properties are general needs housing and sheltered housing types and sample photos have been provided for an external viewing of a typical property in each location.

If you think that the Association may be of help to you regarding housing, contact the Customer Service Advisor in the first instance. You will need to be fairly specific about where you want to live and what sort of property you are looking for.

The Customer Service Advisor will check the availability of properties in the area you want to move to. If we are able to consider you on the basis of information you provide, we will send you an enquiry form for you to fill-in and send back to us.
Once the enquiry form [
enquiry form ] is sent back to us, we will see if we have suitable accommodation available to match your request. If it is appropriate, we will send you an application form with a further information pack which will include a booklet called 'Allocation Policy: A Guide to Applicants.' [ view online ]

Complete the form as fully as possible, and if you want help in doing this, please contact the office and staff will be happy to help you.

When we receive your application, a member of staff will contact you so that you can be interviewed by telephone. Detailed questions will be asked about your current circumstances and previous tenancies, and supporting evidence will be asked for depending on your circumstances.

We may also carry out a home visit to check information given or to clarify details. If we want to do this, we will give you notice and an appointment will be made with your agreement.

If we can help you, thereby accepting your application for housing, we will send out a formal letter by way of confirmation. If you have been successful, your name will be added to our waiting list and we will contact you when we have a home to offer you. We will update our waiting list every six months to ensure all applications are up to date.

Please ensure that you respond to any correspondence from us, and inform us of any changes of address, otherwise your opportunity to be housed may be missed.
